Salary: £38,000 per annum plus benefits

We are looking to recruit an Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the housing management and maintenance function here at Tamar. This is a new central role in the organisation and is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in social housing.
You will be a member of the management team and responsible for leading a team of housing and maintenance colleagues to deliver an efficient customer focused housing management service.
Tamar Housing is a local housing association currently managing over 600 properties in Plymouth and across Devon, Cornwall and Dorset. Our passion is to create places where people want to live and to deliver excellent customer service. Tamar has ambitious growth plans working in partnership with Rentplus UK and as a result has created this new post.
