Money Management Advisor

Fixed term contract – 2 years
Hours -  full time 35 hours, or part time minimum 21 hours
Salary - £22,000 full time

Tamar Housing is looking to appoint a Money Management Advisor who will provide effective advice and support to our existing and new residents. We are flexible on whether the successful applicant works full time (35 hours) or part time (minimum 21 hours).

Tamar works in partnership with Rentplus and the successful applicant will give advice on budgeting, welfare benefits and support residents into home ownership.  

This is a fixed term contract for 2 years.  We are looking for someone who is experienced and proficient in dealing with a wide range of people.  You must have knowledge of welfare benefits, debt advice and/or mortgages.  Ideally you will have worked in similar role such as a debt and welfare benefits advisor, support worker or mortgage advisor but this is not essential.
