Maintenance Admin Assistant 

Hours:  Part time – 21 hours per week – Monday to Friday (mornings)

Salary £17,800 pa pro rata (based on 35 hours per week fulltime)

We have a vacancy for a part time Maintenance Admin Assistant to work 5 days a week (mornings - Monday to Friday) here at Tamar. 

Administration experience is essential and previous experience of maintenance administration would be advantageous; but we are really looking for the right person who can deliver excellent services in a pressured and sometimes difficult environment. You will be an effective communicator; confident in dealing with a range of people.

The role is varied and you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Maintenance Team and be responsible for providing front line customer service to our residents.  You will be confident with IT, ideally proficient with Excel.
